Future Events
The committee has been trying for some time to arrange a visit to London for a conducted tour of the Houses of Parliament. The renowned architect of our Cathedral, AWN Pugin, contributed much to the interior designs of these buildings along with Charles Barry [Pugin also designed the face of the clock tower]. So far this has proved to be more difficult than imagined.

Bishop Ambrose, now enjoying retirement in Leyland, Lancashire, has invited us to visit his parish in Leyland and we could do this as part of an overnight trip to the southern end of the Lake District.
